During our visit hours, you are welcome to drop off and pick up documents.
Please note that the processing time for documents is two working days (except for ATA Carnets).

*Please note that different opening hours apply during weeks 29–31.
Irregular opening hours
- 13–31 July 2026 (Weeks 29–31): Opening hours for documents are limited to Tuesdays and Thursdays, 13:00–15:00.
- 22–23 October 2026: Closed due to training.
- 30 October 2026: Closed
During the closed days, telephone hours and other International Trade counseling services will be unavailable.
